Crescendo Properties Announces Acquisition of GuardAll Self Storage in Kingman, AZ
Kingman, AZ – Crescendo Properties is happy to announce that an additional storage facility will be joining the CSSM portfolio after acquiring GuardAll Self Storage in Kingman, AZ. This will be the third facility in Arizona for CSSM, and comprises 56,625 NRSF and 409 units. This deal was done in partnership with trusted broker Jeff Gorden, from the Gorden Group.

Los Banos, CA – Crescendo properties is delighted to announce that an additional storage facility will be joining the CSSM family after acquiring Los Banos Mini Storage in Los Banos, CA. This will be the eleventh facility in California for CSSM, and compromises 31,050 NRSF and 311 units. This deal was done in partnership with trusted broker Bobby Loeffler, from the Loeffler Self Storage Group.
