Kenny was instrumental in developing the company’s revenue management capability which lead to rental income growth exceeding 10% annually. Kenny also pioneered successful processes for maximizing the sales of LifeStorage’s add-on warranty program resulting in more than $3M in additional annual revenue and $50M in additional property value. Prior to LifeStorage Kenny was President of Crescendo Properties, Inc. where he worked with Greg Drennan and Tim Wright, underwriting self storage and manufactured home community investments and operating Crescendo’s portfolio of self storage properties. Kenny is a recognized expert in self storage operations, having been invited to speak at self storage conferences in the US and London, UK. Kenny earned an MBA degree from Brigham Young University.
As a self storage investor and recovering CPA, I’m good at thinking through the financial side of the business. I’ve seen a lot of deals and have a good idea what buyers are looking for. If our client is considering a refinance or an exit, I can help them think through various options.Prior to the current Crescendo Properties and Crescendo Self Storage Management companies you see today, Greg was a self storage property owner who contributed 12 properties to LifeStorage, LP and became a board member and Acquisition Advisor. Prior to the sale of LifeStorage, LP to Sovran Self Storage for $1.3B, Greg was instrumental in amassing key portfolios in the Sacramento and Las Vegas MSA’s. Prior to founding Crescendo Properties with Tim Wright, Greg was the Executive Vice President of Follett Investment Properties, Inc., an investment group specializing in manufactured home communities and RV parks nationwide. During his five-year tenure at Follett, Greg was responsible for the acquisition of 30 properties, expanding the group’s holdings to 33 properties. Greg began his career with KPMG Peat Marwick where he became a Certified Public Accountant. Greg earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University.

Our clients like my work because they know exactly where things stand with their properties.Andy has been working with Mr. Pratt and Mr. Drennan in accounting roles in the self storage industry since 2007. Prior to his role at Crescendo Self Storage Management he was an accounting manager with LifeStorage, LP from its inception through the $1.3B sale to Sovran Self Storage in 2016. Prior to LifeStorage, LP, Andy was the controller for Crescendo Properties and an accounting supervisor for Pulte Homes. Andy earned his Bachelor’s Degree in business law from California State University, Fresno.
